Offering Second Chance Checking

Question: I am in dallas, tx. and i wanted to know what backs offered second chance checking?

If you mean that you have had bank accounts that have charged off and you are in "the system ", none of them. every bank has to check your background to see if you owe any other institutions money. if you do, you have to clear that up first.
